FMJ Racing is an established group of young talented NZ sailors looking at making their mark on the international sailing scene. Having sailed together for two seasons the team has solid cohesion and a positive can-do attitude with the dedication required to put in the hard yards to make their dreams come true. 

In 2013 FMJ Racing will compete in the Red Bull Youth America's Cup sailed in the exciting AC45's used in the ACWS. The team is also competing on the Extreme Sailing Series Sailing for GAC Pindar and various match race regattas! The Boys look forward to a successful 2013 season!

The Team is skippered by William Tiller. Will is the youngest talent to come out of New Zealand and take on the world. Will dominated the international youth match racing scene - winning 11 events over three years – including 2 wins at both the prestigious Governors Cup and Warren Jones Regattas.

Will is the youngest sailor to ever win NZ’s top keelboat prize, - the One Design Young 88 Nationals. At age 23 he has competed in four WMRT events, gaining recognition for leading the fleet in the qualifying stage of Monsoon Cup 2011 and finishing Match Race France 2012 runner up. William races on the New Zealand based TP 52 Georgia Racing as Tactician and is currently sailing F18's and a 8.5 multihull in Auckland as preparation for the Youth Americas Cup 2013.

The crew consists of: Brad Farrand, Harry Thurston, Matt Steven, Shaun Mason, Stu Dodson & Ash Hammond.
