The Sir Peter Blake Regatta is now the biggest Centreboard Regatta in New Zealand and it lived up to its name this year with 450 competitors over 17 classes! The Zhik supported regatta enjoyed great conditions over the two days of competition, hosted by Torbay Sailing Club.

This year's winner of the prestigious Sir Peter Blake Cup was Nick Egnot Johnson, who now gets his name on the same trophy as NZ Olympic medallists, Jo Aleh and Pete Burling. This trophy is awarded for outstanding achievement across all classes and all age groups of the regatta.

Zhik was thrilled to be part of the Sir Peter Blake Regatta again and continue Zhik's strong ongoing support of grass roots sailing in New Zealand.
