1. This promotion is eligible to Subscribers who have entered the Winback program and receive a personalised discount code to their associated email address.
2. The discount code will be valid for 30 days after being sent the code via email for the first time.
3. To redeem the discount on items, the promotional discount code must be used at checkout on www.zhik.com.
4. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer, unless otherwise stated.
5. This sale is subject to stock availability.
6. Items that are excluded from the 20% discount are:

7. Zhik does not do exchanges and our standard Returns Policy applies for items purchased under this promotion view Returns Policy here. If you need to purchase a Replacement Item, please place this purchase online and return your unwanted product for a refund.
8. Replacement Items are repurchases of the same product in a different size.
9. At the discretion of our team, the promotion discount may be available up to 30 days following the end of the promotion period on purchases of Replacement Items (see point above).
10. Zhik reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its reasonable opinion, a promotion code or discount is invalid for the order being placed or is the subject of fraudulent activity.
11. “Click and Collect” or “Pickup” delivery options are not available.
12. Zhik reserves the right to change the terms on which this offer is made without prior notice.
